Dual-band AC1200 networking
Link Archer C6U is perfect for work and play. For normal Internet use and correspondence, the lower bandwidth of 2.4 GHz (300 Mbps) is used. For more demanding operations, just like playing online games or streaming high-quality video, the Archer C6U will use the higher bandwidth 5 GHz at 867 MB/s.

I am really pleased with this router. The performance is really good. I use it with an TP Link range extender. TP Link has an upgraded firmware that enables the One Mesh setup capability for their WiFi 5 devices This has made an outstanding WiFi setup for my home. Wherever I go, the device picks the correct signal to give best performance. I spend under the $100 for the router and range extender. Few brands provide that kind of upgrade support on anything but their WiFi 6 models.
