TP Link M7200 Mobile Wi-Fi Reviews:
The M7200 supports the latest generation 4G FDD/TDD-LTE networks. This gives you the ability to use the TP-Link M7200 in a lot (almost all) countries around the world.
The M7200 can easily share a 4G/3G link with up to 10 wireless devices like tablets, laptops, and mobile phones at the same time. No problem if you need to network with some friends to the same WiFi network, the TP-Link M7200 can deal with them all!
Can you use the TP-Link M7200 securely? Do you need to have some concerns? Yes. It supports WPA-PSK/WPA2-PSK, Wireless MAC Filtering and you need to set it upright to have a secure connection.
3G may be slow now, specifically if we compare it to 4G. You can switch the Network Mode on the TP-Link M7200. You can set it to 4G Preferred, 4G Only and 3G Only. If you choose speed and nothing else, you can set it to 4G Only. If there is no 4G connection available, the TP-Link M7200 will not connect.
Maybe you bought a 3G Simcard, you can set it to 3G Only. Now it will not link to a 4G network, even though it is available. With the 4G Preferred option, the TP-Link M7200 will connect to the best available network. This can be a 3G or 4G connection.
If you want longer battery life, you can switch the range of the WiFi coming from the TP-Link M7200. You can set it to Long, Medium and Short. Short gives you the best battery life. This perhaps a handy feature if you are using the TP-Link M7200 in a remote location where you do not have access to power. By setting the WiFi Range too short, you improve the battery life.
Final:
There are a lot of 4G routers available like the TP-Link M7200. I happen to use this model and I couldn’t be happier with it. The size is right, the battery last longer and it is very simple to operate. The tpMiFi software gives me great abilities to deal with the M7200, which is super handy!
For travelers, this is a must. Even if you are going for 3 weeks, you will need this and it is so quick and easy to turn it on and book a tuk-tuk or Grab to your next stop. I’m going to take it with me everywhere I go now, this device made my travel much, much easier.
